Before making the sale they are at their best behaviour and like any impressed customer I posted a great review. But post sale if anything goes wrong they are the worst. I was threatened by Mr. Valentine that he will come to my office and create a scene because I refused to take the reading glasses and pay balance of Rs 5000 for wrong specs. He wasted my time and gave wrong advice on the specs that I regret following. Already paid 25000 that includes advance for 2 specs. Another staff tried to settle the matter and said they will get refund from their vendor. Still I got a call today to make the payment. No breakup was given to me for different specs and lump sum advance was taken.
Request leadership to enquire and resolve the matter. I returned the reading glasses. Cannot take them. First of all they are not as per my eye sight and even more so after I was threatened.

Had a phenomenal experience, came here to get lenses and I had never worn them before. Mr Rajkumar was phenomenal he guided me so patiently and I was reassured I was getting something top quality and safe for my eyes. I wanted that reassurance because I would not want to take a risk with my eyes. Overall great place great service.

Had a wonderful journey and experience at Lawrence and Mayo Boutique store Banjarahills .Got lot of options in Luxury Eye Wear had a Great collection of Luxury Eye Wear Brands like Philip Plein , Balmain and Bentley .
Service is awesome Special Mention Optometrist Mr. Feroz.
Eye Measurements were taken by State of Art Devices from Zeiss including 3D Capture of Eyes.
Definitely recommend Family and Friends.

I recently visited Lawrence & Mayo Banjara hills branch, Hyderabad for an eye test and to explore their eyewear collection. The experience was highly professional and customer-centric. The Precision Eye Test (PET) was thorough, utilizing advanced equipment such as a slit lamp and auto refractor, which ensured an accurate prescription and a detailed assessment of my eye health. The optometrist was knowledgeable, patiently explaining the results and addressing my concerns about blue-light exposure.

The store offered an impressive range of international brands, including Lindberg, Varilux® progressive lenses and Ray-Ban frames, which combined style with cutting-edge technology. I was particularly impressed by the variety of lens options, such as Crizal® Prevencia for blue-light protection, catering to modern lifestyle needs.

Pricing was competitive, with the added value of a free eye test. While premium products were slightly expensive, the quality and brand reputation justified the cost, and the staff provided budget-friendly alternatives without compromising on quality. The only area for improvement would be greater transparency in displaying lens pricing upfront to aid decision-making.

Overall, Lawrence & Mayo delivered a seamless experience with top-notch technology, a wide selection of international brands, and fair pricing. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking reliable eye care and premium eyewear solutions.

It’s a lovely shop with a great variety of glasses and spectacles. The collection is full of brands of high quality. They tend to all sorts of needs and styles, from subtle to fashionable UV protective and of course the regular eye power spectacles. The staff are also very nice, knowledgeable and helpful, especially Mr Feroz the optometrist, and Mr Mallesh the assistant at the shop.

My first experience with opticians outside the US was with this store. Over the last few months, I have come to appreciate the competence, care and customer friendly approach of the entire staff at this store starting with Mr Bhupesh, who was my direct contact. The store's range of brands is also stellar - it complements the quality of care. I look forward to visiting again when I am back.

Had such a lovely experience at the Lawrence & Mayo Boutique in Banjara Hills! From the moment I walked in, Mr.Feroz made me and my father feel welcome and comfortable. He was so patient in helping us pick the perfect frames and gave us honest suggestions instead of just pushing for a sale. The eye test was thorough, and he explained everything so clearly. Loved their premium collection. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I walked out not just with great eyewear but also a big smile. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a premium yet friendly optical shopping experience!
